Refund policy

At Ozark Technical Products LLC, we understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations. Our 30-day return policy for uninstalled and good condition parts/components ensures your satisfaction with every order. Cancellation of orders with stated lead times that have not been fulfilled are also subject to relevant portions of this policy.

  • To be eligible for a return, the parts/components must be uninstalled, unused, and in the same condition as received. 
  • Returns are only accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@oz-tech.com within the 30-day window.
  • Provide proof of purchase and details about the parts/components you wish to return.
  • Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
  • Customers are responsible for both delivery and return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received the wrong item).
  • Upon receiving the returned parts/components, we will inspect them to ensure they are in good condition.
  • Payment processing fees are considered non-refundable, at the discretion of our staff.
  • Once approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
