It's always a good idea to measure your cargo area before purchasing. You may consider going for the shorter size if you currently have long bed truck with a cab side tool box installed.

Burro Utility Slides are best installed with the Packout interface facing towards the center of your truck so you can use your tailgate as a workspace while easily accessing your toolboxes.

A left-hand side unit achieves this when installed on the left side of your vehicle. A right-hand side unit achieves this when installed on the right side of your vehicle.

Burro Utility Slide is installed into your truck using 4 "plus nuts". These are like rivnuts, but distribute the load across a greater surface area.

Hang your Packout crate on the side of your burro utility slide for easy access using our sidecar product located here. This is not included in the base price of the Burro utility slide.

Included in your order is the Burro utility slide you selected, appropriate hardware for installation in your truck bed, and installation instructions.

Additional accessories like the Sidecar to hang your Packout crate on the side are not included.

Rotopax products with 3" thickness or less fit within the Gear Stash area of the slide and can be mounted using a Standard Pack Mount. DLX and LOX Rotopax Mounts will be too tall and contact the moving portion of the slide.

Maxtrax MKII, Mini, and Lite products will fit within the Gear Stash area of the slide. Appropriate hole patterns are already cut into the utility slide to make mounting these products easier in this configuration. Standard traction board mounting hardware may have to be cut down to an appropriate height. Maxtrax Xtreme will not fit in this area.

The t-slots featured throughout the Burro Utility Slide accept standard 10 series hardware. The simplest way to mount things without disassembling any portion of the slide is using our stainless steel 1/4"-20 roll in t-nuts located here.

Compatibility with ToughBuilt StackTech products is achieved using our metal mounting brackets located here. A 57" slide requires 2 full width brackets, and 1 half width bracket. A 69" slide requires 3 full width brackets. Be sure to select the burro utility slide hardware option so it includes the appropriate hardware.
